Legislation and regulations played a popular role throughout last week’s California RV Dealers Association Conference in Rancho Mirage, Calif.
The conference included a session with Tim Corcoran of the California Department of Motor Vehicles, and a legislative outlook from CalRVDA Executive Director Terry McHale, who also works as a lobbyist in the state.
Specifically, the Association hopes to make changes to the state’s Lemon Law in the coming year. Presently, the state’s law includes motorhomes in the same legislation as automobiles, and McHale hopes to convince the Legislature to separate the two.
